This Notice summarises how we collect and use your Personal Information. Personal Information is defined in the GDPR. Collection, use, retention and deletion of your Personal Information will only be done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) or the Data Protection Act. This may be explained or interpreted in guidance which the Information Commissioner may issue from time to time or may change by law.   We collect Personal Information about you before, during and following reservation and up to and after exchange and completion of any contract, we may enter into with you for your purchase of a property from us.   We will use your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on this website.   We will only use your Personal Information to progress a contract (“Contract”) with you for the purchase of a property and for us to perform our obligations to you under the terms of this Reservation Agreement and the Contract, both before and after legal completion and otherwise to perform our obligations to you.   These purposes are permitted purposes under the terms of the GDPR and your consent for us to use your Personal Information for these permitted purposes is not required.   Where necessary for these permitted purposes we may also share your Personal Information with third parties who together with the permitted purpose are listed below:   Our solicitors for the purposes of progressing the sale. Your conveyancers and mortgage advisors though your Personal Information supplied to these parties will be limited to contact information. Any further or additional Personal Information you provide to them will be entirely outside our responsibility and the scope of our Privacy and Cookies The NHBC as the insurers providing the Buildmark Warranty, to allow them to contact you in accordance with their obligations as an insurance company, and for the purposes of a survey carried out under the terms of the Buildmark Our suppliers and subcontractors for the purposes of providing products or services to, and for carrying out works, to or at your property. Where applicable the managing agent or management company for the development to enable them to provide you with the services referred to within the property information sheet provided to you at reservation and under the terms of the lease or transfer by which you purchased the We shall also use your Personal Information to maintain our records in respect of your property to enable us to perform all of our contractual obligations to. Where a third party has obligations or rights under the Transfer or lease for your property where necessary, we may share your Personal Information with.     We may require you to provide personal identification and proof of address in order for us to discharge our obligations under the Anti- Money Laundering Regulations. In this case, such information shall be securely retained for a period of 5 years, following the expiry of which, arrangements will be made to permanently delete the same from our records.   All Personal Information is kept securely. We do not anticipate that the Personal Information which you supply to us will be “Sensitive Personal Information” as defined in the Data Protection Act and as referred to in our Privacy and Cookies Policy. Unless necessary for us to perform our obligations to you under the terms of the Contract or otherwise in connection with the purchase of your property, your Personal Information will be confined to contact information as set out within the Reservation Agreement as may be amended by you from time to time and notified to us. This should not however be taken as confirmation that the only Personal Information we collect from you will be such contact information. Where Personal Information is used other than for a permitted purpose then your consent to such use will be requested and obtained.   Your rights over and in respect of your Personal Information are set out within the GDPR or Data Protection Act or any replacement or additional legislation covering Personal Information.
