As Cotswold Homes works together with the NHBC, you can be confident that your new home is benefiting from a wealth of building knowledge and experience. Buildmark is a joint agreement between Cotswold Homes and the NHBC to provide warranty and insurance on your newly built home. Protection is provided to you from exchange of contracts with deposit protection insurance, then a 2 year warranty plus a further 8 years’ insurance totalling 10 years from Legal Completion*.
