We have recently announced exciting plans for a new development in Chipping Sodbury west of Trinity Lane, near our hugely popular Florence Gardens community.

The proposal includes approximately 97 new homes with enhanced areas of accessible public open space.

Focusing on sustainability, with solar PV panels to reduce CO2 emissions, we want to build homes that are energy efficient . In addition to this our new homes will have the provision of electric car charging capabilities for every home ( hugely popular on our other developments) and cycle storage facilities.

Our pre-application consultation was due to close on 24th April, however we’ve decided to extend the period until the 31st May 2020.

We are very conscious of the current government guidance on social distancing, so opted to undertake an online consultation to update the local community on our plans and seek feedback.

We have already received some feedback and we are keen to hear your views before we submit our planning application in June.
