When Terry and Brenda Adams were looking for a property in the West Country with good access to motorways and South East Wales, they also needed to be within walking distance to shops and, ideally, hostelries. 

Whilst Terry had concerns about ‘New Build’ (such as build quality, proximity to adjacent homes and size of developments), Brenda wanted a ‘New Build’ for simplicity of maintenance.

Having spotted Isabella Gardens, Chipping Sodbury, they reviewed Cotswold Homes and checked the area.

Gary has always been there promptly with a smile, whenever we have needed a further explanation or additional help”.
