Yate-based housebuilder Cotswold Homes Ltd is sponsoring an appearance by the local party band For The Record at this year’s Chipping Sodbury Festival.

Established four years ago by a group of friends who were members of the amateur dramatics company Sodbury Players, the band promises to be one of the highlights of the festival’s Music in the Street evening on June 18, predicts Cotswold Homes’ sales and marketing director Terri Hayes-Pugh. Support for this year’s festival is the latest in a number of Cotswold Homes sponsorships across the region in line with the company’s policy of ‘putting something back’ into communities where they are building.

In Chipping Sodbury construction work is well underway on the firm’s Florence Gardens development at Trinity Lane, where Terri reports that sales are ‘going through the roof.’

Florence Gardens was planned in response to what Terri describes as ‘overwhelming demand’ for quality new homes.
