‘It was the popularity of Wildwood – as well as other new developments in in our heartland, including Staple Hill, Oldland Common and Rangeworthy – which prompted local people to act swiftly and snap up a new home at Downend Chase,’ reports Terri Hayes-Pugh, Cotswold Homes’ head of sales and marketing.

She added that plans to open a showhome next month may well be shelved if the last property is sold within the next few weeks.
