High level of interest int Tytherington's new homes prompts marketing suite to open seven days a week
Interest in The Paddocks – Cotswold Homes’ new development in the South Gloucestershire village of Tytherington – is so high that the housebuilder has just opened a new marketing suite in the village.
Located in the car park of The Swan at Tytherington in Duck Street, it will be open daily from 10 am to 5 pm to cope with the number of would-be buyers keen to learn what is planned, ask questions about the new homes available, see the range of floor plans and finishes on offer and find out about financial assistance which may be available.
Described by Cotswold Homes’ sales and marketing director, Terri Hayes-Pugh as ‘a countryside haven,’ The Paddocks comprises a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and three- and four-bedroom high-specification detached homes. Designed externally to reflect the local style of existing homes in Tytherington, the new ones feature imaginative and spacious internal layouts
‘Nearly half of the new homes in the first phase of the development have already been sold so plans for the next phase will be unveiled in the marketing suite soon,’ says Terri.
‘Many are attracted by the concept of brand new, low-maintenance homes with contemporary features and benefits as well as the financial support available through the Government’s Help-to-Buy* scheme,’ she reports.
The scheme – which is not just for first-time buyers – enables buyers to purchase with a deposit of just five per cent deposit. Also appealing to buyers is Cotswold Homes’ popular GameChanger* package which can assist with moving costs.
Cotswold Homes’ no-hidden-extras policy is playing a key role in attracting buyers, too.
Explains Terri: ‘We offer great value for money; our purchase price includes integrated as well as contemporary vinyl flooring in some areas of the home. Chrome towel rails and a wealth of other features are standard.’
