Cotswold Homes adds fun to Rangeworthy party
A highlight of the party was an appearance by the children’s entertainer DJ Bags of Fun, paid for by Cotswold Homes Ltd which is building the new homes at Harford Place.
‘He was wonderful and the children loved him,’ reports the party organiser Sue Romain.
‘Wonderful is the word others have used to describe the spacious three- and four-bedroom detached homes taking shape at Harford Place where interest from would-be buyers is huge,’ reports Cotswold Homes’ sales and marketing director Terri Hayes-Pugh.
As work on site continues apace early buyers are expected to move into their new homes in the leafy enclave soon.
‘There is huge interest in the new homes still available with much excitement about the forthcoming showhome launch,’ says Terri who describes Harford Place as ‘country living at its best.’
‘Not only are potential buyers keen to see inside and envisage how they could be living in a new home at Harford Place but many tell us that they have been attracted to the development by the way in which the gardens blend almost seamlessly with the surrounding countryside.’
The scheme features a choice of six different house designs, carefully crafted to complement those in the surrounding area.
Sandra Milligan, Cotswold Homes’ sales consultant at Harford Place reports that, in addition to kitchen dining suites with a full set of integrated appliances and French doors opening on to gardens for al fresco dining on summer evenings, master suites with wardrobes and an ensuite were among features which prompted decisions by early purchasers to buy off-plan.
