Interest in the three-bedroom homes being built by Cotswold Homes in the Hatherley area of Cheltenham has been so high following a launch event organised by local sales agents Andrews Land & New Homes that a dedicated marketing suite has opened on the Cotswold Grange site in Alma Road.

Staff are on hand to explain how buyers can make use of the Help-to-Buy scheme. With the Government’s assistance, it can enable them to buy with a deposit of just five per cent, subject to qualifying.
They will also tell would-be buyers how they can benefit from Cotswold Homes’ popular GameChanger package which, subject to terms and conditions, offers help
help with moving costs such as estate agency fees or by paying for carpets.
Interest in the new development is believed to have been prompted Cotswold Homes’ success in nearby Prestbury Road and recent media reports that Cheltenham saw the highest percentage rise in house prices of any major UK town or city in 2017 with an increase of 13 per cent on the previous year.
Already reservations have been taken at Cotswold Grange so would-be buyers will have to act quickly, reports the company which says young families and couples looking to downsize will be in the vanguard of potential buyers at Cotswold Grange.
