COTSWOLD HOMES IS DUBBED ‘BEST VALUE FOR MONEY’ BY LOCAL INSURANCE BROKER

All but two of the high-specification new homes on Cotswold Homes’ Florence Gardens development in a leafy enclave off Trinity Lane have been sold, just months since plans for the development were unveiled.
‘This development of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and bungalows has been one of our most popular to date,’ reports the firm’s sales and marketing director Terri Hayes-Pugh.
Among those praising the scheme are insurance broker Jeffrey Ashley and his wife Susan who have bought a brand new four-bedroom detached home to be nearer their daughter and granddaughter who live locally.
‘Our new home is right on the edge of the development so we enjoy an open unspoilt
view of Sodbury Common while being only a short walk away from the shops in the High Street,’ explains Jeffrey.
The decision to buy was an easy one for the Ashleys.
